We love servers! Whether physical or virtual, we really love servers! Our HelpDesk technicians install monthly updates outside of regular work hours. That means that we don’t interrupt our clients yet still ensure their servers are secure and up to date.

In addition to our technicians keeping a close eye on them, we monitor each of our clients’ servers continuously using remote software resources. So our technicians are alerted immediately to any changes, which helps us to ensure business continuity for our clients.

Whether it’s a PC, Mac, laptop, iPad or other device, our HelpDesk is available to clients to assist with any problems they may have. Also, we advise clients on best practice use for their devices, including helping with upgrades when appropriate.

All compatible devices are also continuously monitored by our remote software resources. This allows us to spot and resolve issues very quickly.
